Youth Services Programs

b Baby and Me | Ages 0-2 | Tuesdays 11:15-11:35 AM & Fridays 9:45-10:05 AM | Jan 3 - May 29

Join us for a program designed specifically for infants up through the age of 2! During this 20 minute program, we will play, sing, do fingerplays, and sometimes read a short board book. Baby and Me playtimes are designed for parents/caregivers to participate in the activities with their child.

b Toddler Storytime | Ages 2-3 | Wednesdays 11:15-12:00 PM (Feb-May), Thursdays 10:15-11:00 AM & Fridays 10:15-11:00 AM | Jan 2 - May 29

Join us for Toddler Storytimes! We'll free play for 15 minutes, read 1-2 short picture books, and finish by doing a craft! Toddler Storytimes are designed for parents/caregivers to participate in the storytime activities with their child.

b Preschool Storytime | Ages 4-5 | Thursdays 11:15-12:00 PM & Fridays 11:15-12:00 PM | Jan 2 - May 29

Come on out for Preschool Storytimes! We'll free play for 15 minutes, read 1-2 picture books, and finish with fun activities!

b Elementary Storytime | Ages 6-9 | Wednesdays 5:15-6:00 PM | Jan 8 - May 27

We are excited for our storytime designed specifically for school-aged children a weekly program! We will read 1-2 books and finish by doing a craft!

b Family and Me for 123s | Ages 1-3 | Wednesdays 11:00 AM | Jan 8 - Feb 5

Join this special program for families with young children to explore, play, share books, and learn together. Family and Me, a Family Place Libraries program, is a five week program for toddlers and their parents and caregivers. The programs are fun and play-based providing an environment rich with toys, books and art activities and an opportunity for families to spend time together, make friends and talk one-on-one with specialists on various aspects of child development, parenting and early literacy.

Join us for a story about nature, then put on boots and head outside to explore! Rain or shine, plan for the weather!

b Lego Challenge | Ages 5-12 | 1st Saturday 10:15-11:15 AM

Join us for a monthly Lego time to see if you can build to meet the challenge!

b Lego Club | Ages 5-12 | 2nd Tuesday 6:15-7:15 PM

Whether you're a novice or a Lego Master Builder, there's a place for you to construct your masterpiece. Build on your own or collaborate with the people around you! Don't forget to bring a camera to take a picture of your creations!

Each month we explore the life and times of an American Girl and then enjoy a period snack!
