Banned Books Bingo

Banned Books is an annual event celebrating the freedom to read. Typically held during the last week of September, it spotlights current and historical attempts to censor books in libraries and schools. Play book bingo with us and learn about some of the most commonly banned books. You can win books and book themed prizes! For teens ages 12 – 18. No registration necessary.

Library for Lunch – Picture-Book Picnic!

September 23 or 25 at 12 pm

This event will be filled with stories, songs, and activities abour picnics! Children should bring a bagged lunch and the library will provide a sweet treat. Registration is required and begins September 11. This program is recommended for ages 3 - 6 but younger and/or older siblings may attend. Call x229 to register.
