Summer Reading Challenge

Our Summer Reading Program starts June 1st and runs through August 15th! Register for the challenge and be entered into a drawing for an iPad, Hersheypark tickets, or local Pool Passes! On top of incredible prizes for completing reading challenges, you can also attend FREE concerts on the lawn and experience special programs brought to Fredricksen to celebrate summer. MORE INFO

Blueberries! Get your blueberries! Our Blueberry sale has officially begun. Get a 10lb box of FRESH blueberries and help support your public library while you're at it! Order through the website or stop by the Reference desk to place your orders. CLICK HERE

Turning the Page to a Brighter Tomorrow

We’re excited to announce the kickoff of our Capital Campaign, Turning the Page to a Brighter Tomorrow, to address critical building repairs and improvements. For more than 25 years, Fredricksen Library has seen children grow up here. We've helped job seekers find new paths. We’ve offered a warm, safe space when someone had nowhere else to go. The stories are countless, and they all start within the library walls. DONATE NOW

Donation Station

First Saturday of the month; 1 pm - 3 pm
The Friends of Fredricksen will accept donations of books and media for their Book & Media Sales. To drop off donations, please park in the lower parking lot off Walnut Street close or near the sidewalk. Donations of one box or less can be brought to the Reference Desk whenever the Library is open. Thank you for thinking of the Friends when you have extra books. Click HERE for all the details!
