The theme for the 2024 Summer Learning Program is "ADVENTURE BEGINS AT YOUR LIBRARY." The Amelia Givin Library offers summer learning programs for all ages.

Children's Summer Learning Program2024 Children's Summer Learning Program at Amelia Givin Library - June 7 to August 10 - for children up to grade 5.
Children's Summer Reading Incentive Program - Registration opens Saturday, May 18. To register, visit Beanstack online or use the Beanstack App on your device.
The Children's Kick-Off Party is scheduled for Friday, June 7 from 4-6 pm and Saturday, June 8 from 11 am-1 pm. No registration is needed to attend the party.

Adult & Teen Summer Reading Challenge2024 Adult & Teen Summer Reading Challenge at Amelia Givin Library - June 1 to August 10 - for adults and teens (rising 6th graders and older)
10 Weeks - 10 Challenges! Pick up your reading challenge packet at the library front desk or print one here. The challenge may also be completed online using the Beanstack app or the Beanstack website

 

Go Cumberland 20242024 GO Cumberland Program at Amelia Givin Library - June 1 to August 15
The Cumberland County Library System is excited to partner with Wellspan Health to bring the third annual Get Outdoors Challenge for all ages! Get Outdoors (GO) Cumberland encourages families to get active, learn and have fun at the same time! To register for the GO Cumberland program, visit Beanstack online or use the Beanstack App, then pick up a GO Cumberland Itinerary (one per family) at the library. Throughout the summer, hike the chosen parks and trails in Cumberland County to find the secret codes to enter in Beanstack!
