Family Fun Night

Family enjoying a picnic on the lawnThis summer, the library will offer a free picnic and activities followed by a family movie in Foundation Hall on four Tuesday evenings of the summer beginning at 5:30 PM. Sponsored by the New Cumberland Federal Credit Union.

Djembe: African Drum Circle

Join Music Play Patrol for a unique experience to kick off our summer of fun! This program gets both adults and kids up moving and dancing to the beat! Children get to learn about and play an authentic African djembe. Students also play other West African instruments like the Talking Drum, Shekere, and Gourd Drum. During the program, students will participate in music and movement activities and play a variety of instruments. The session ends with a dance and drum circle. No registration required.
