CCLS Strategic Plan 2022-2027

The Cumberland County Library System board adopted its current strategic plan for 2022-2026 on December 20, 2021. It was extended through 2027 by the Board on September 21, 2026.

Using it as a guide, operational plans are developed annually, along with performance measures.
