Stories from HomeTurn your cherished memories, both big and small, into meaningful stories to pass down generation to generation or seek publication with your personal anecdotes. Author and educator Sarah Clayville will walk participants through the process of writing personal narrative stories from inspiration to polishing final drafts as well as guidance on sharing your work. Wooly Carrot Tree and Wooly Carrot WreathSaturday, March 9 from 10 am to 2 pm. Create a beautiful wool flat 24-inch-tall tree with small carrots OR a 10-inch wreath with long carrots. Our instructors will walk you through the process and supply everything you need. No experience necessary! Cost: $30 per person. For ages 14+. Space is limited! Cookie BakersThose donating cookies for the Friends Holiday Cookie & Bake Sale are asked to deliver their baked items to the library on Tuesday, December 5 during regular library hours (10 am  - 7 pm) or before Noon on Wednesday, Dec 6. The sale begins at 4 pm Wednesday.

Holiday Cookie SaleThe library lower level will be filled with tables laden with dozens and dozens of cookies! Make your choices and Friends volunteers will fill containers for you. A small container is $8. Large containers are $14. SALE HOURS: Wed 4-7 pm, Thurs 10 am-7 pm (or until sold out). Other baked goods and ornaments also for sale. Please enter the lower level of the library using the ramp at the back parking lot.
