Get a Library Card

START TODAY!

September is Library Card Signup Month!Enjoy the benefits of membership with a Cumberland County Library System library card. To get a library card, you must visit your library and complete a library card registration form. We've also posted our registration form online if you would like to view and/or print one out prior to visiting the library. We have forms in English, Arabic, Somali, or Spanish.

If you live in Cumberland, Dauphin, or Perry Counties in Pennsylvania, or you pay property tax to the Shippensburg School District, and you are only interested in using our digital resources, you can request a Digital Library Card with our online form. This card will give you access to our databases and eBooks/eAudiobooks.

Pennsylvania residents who do not meet our eligibility requirements for a Cumberland County Library System digital library card, but are interested in accessing statewide databases and eBooks/eAudiobooks through Libby/OverDrive, are encouraged to sign up for a E-Card through POWER Library.
