About This Site
The Cumberland County Library System web site was re-designed in 2019. It launched October 2019.
The web site re-design was (partially) funded with federal Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) funds administered by the Office of Commonwealth Libraries. This competitive grant program from the Institute of Museum and Library Services provided funds for site design, usability testing and some eCommerce functions.
