Digital Library Card Request

The Cumberland County Library System in Pennsylvania offers a Digital Library Card for residents of Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry counties who do not currently have a library card, but would like to access our online resources. Use the form on this page to register. We will set up your account and we will email you as soon as possible with a barcode and PIN to access our online services. (This is not an automated system. Staff members will set up your card as soon as they are able.)

This card has the following specifications:

• Get access to online services, including downloadable eBooks and eAudiobooks.
• It cannot access Kanopy, our online streaming video platform.
• Visit any Cumberland County library to get a full library card. A new barcode will be assigned.

If you already have a library card with our system, please do not use this form to get a new card. If you are having trouble accessing our services because you’ve forgotten your PIN, you can reset your PIN provided you have an email address associated with your account. If your library card has expired, please renew your library card by contacting your library or completing our library card renewal form.
