Portray your best self to potential employers through your resume, cover letter, interviews, social media, proper dress and communication. Please have access to your digital resume and cover letter! Registration suggested, but not required--walk-ins are welcome! REGISTER

Learn the best styles and techniques to display your skill set and experience to potential employers. Learn about Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software that "reads" your resume and may be preventing you from hearing back from an employer. Please have a digital or hard copy of your resume available for up-to-date and targeted industry standards.

10 AM – 12 PM, BCC Classroom

Come to our OPEN CLASSROOM sessions—The BCC Classroom will be staffed during these times with instructors on hand to offer assistance, answer questions and help you learn how to use workplace, small business or personal use tools efficiently. This is a pilot program to meet patron needs, so come check us out and help to shape this exciting new offering! Register HERE or just walk in!

Business & Career Center (BCC) staff will be available for one-on-one assistance to create or update your resume and share general employment and career resources. This is an in-person session, choose your time when you REGISTER. 

In addition, we can also conduct any available (current or past) BCC workshop in a Guidance Session appointment; just choose a time to suit your schedule and let us know what workshop you are interested in.
