Improve your basic computer skills! Bring your own laptop or use one of ours. In this session, we will learn what a computer is, the basic parts of a computer, and how to use a keyboard and mouse. Registration is required.

Need hands-on help with your smartphone, tablet, laptop or e-reader? Trying to download an app or program and getting stuck? Want to use free library media resources like eBooks and audiobooks from Libby? Sign up for a thirty-minute Device Advice session for in person assistance. Bring your personal tablet, laptop, smartphone, or e-reader with you. Make sure you have all passwords you might need during the session. Registration is required.

Practice your interview skills with an HR professional! This 30-45 minute session will consist of a simulated interview for a position you are interested in and an evaluation offering strategies for improvement. Dress for the part, do your research and come practice your interview skills!
Please be sure to include a brief description of or link to a job listing that you are interested in AND to email a resume (and cover letter and / or other supporting materials if you wish for them to be considered and evaluated) to frebiz@cumberlandcountylibraries.org at the time of registration.
