New Cumberland Public Library is one of “America’s STAR Libraries” AGAIN!
For the second year, our library was rated by the Library Journal Index of Public Library Service as among the best in the nation. Last year we were rated as a three-star library, and this year we gained another star! Only 258 public libraries in the country were awarded this distinction. Read the Library Journal article here.
Spring Lunch with a Book
