On Your Mark, Get Set, Read Slogan Summer Reading ProgramOn Your Mark, Get Set, Read at the New Cumberland Public Library this summer.  We have summer reading programs for all ages from 3 years to adults.  Registration begins June 1st online or in the library.

Mr. Mike’s Dinorific Scientific Name Game Show!

graphic of brontosaurusChildren's dinosaur author "Mr. Mike" Sgrignoli hosts a live, high-energy game show dedicated to … dinosaurs!   Contestants compete for fun prizes as they offer their opinions as real and fake dinosaur names are tossed out to ponder.  Join us Tuesday, May 24 at 6:30 p.m. for ages 5 & up with an adult. 

Adult Coloring Club

Coloring is fun and relaxing.  Enjoy coloring by attending the monthly Adult Coloring Club meeting in the Browsing Room on the third Tuesday of each month from 2:00—3:00 PM.  Bring your own colored pencils and books, or some of both will be available to share.  
 
 

Book Babies Storytime

Baby reading on woman's lapJoin us for short books, fingerplays, songs and bounce rhymes for a child’s first introduction to library fun in this lap sit Storytime! Book Babies is offered Tuesday at 11:15 AM for babies 6 months to 23 months with an adult caregiver.  Call the Children's Room, 774-7820, to register.
