Cumberland County Census

The census takes place every 10 years, and the data acquired provides the basis for distributing more than $675 billion in federal funds annually to states, counties and communities across the country. Based on Census data, 40,227 Cumberland County residents are estimated not to respond to the census. That adds up to a potential loss of more than $84.1 million in funding for the county, each year, for the next 10 years. You can complete the census online, by phone, or wait for a paper form to be mailed to your home in April
