Whether you are tracking personal growth, cultivating gratitude, setting goals or managing stress, developing your journaling style and routine will boost a positive mindset. Facilitated by paper artist Christine Pizano-Rudy who specializes in all things journaling. Bring your own journal – some art and decorative supplies will be provided. Registration required.
