Diabetes is extremely prevalent in today’s society.  One out of every three adults has prediabetes --- many are unaware of it.  Making simple positive lifestyle changes can make a huge difference in warding off diabetes.  Becoming aware of and taking measures to prevent diabetes also increases the chances of avoiding heart disease and brain maladies. This program will focus on how to keep the “pre” in prediabetes to avoid getting diabetes altogether.
