Join Andrea Minick Rudolph, MA FAPA and learn how to realistically apply mindfulness techniques in your daily life, which have been scientifically proven to increase your overall wellness. In the sixth of our eight mindfulness sessions, we are focusing on how we can be mindful with our effort. Conscious effort is necessary in the process of cultivating a positive attitude through determination; not a jaw-clenching, stubborn drive to be perfect, but one of balanced perspective. When we gain a clear understanding of how our efforts affect others, we understand our inherent worth. Critical self-confidence and self-esteem issues can be resolved by choosing to take full responsibility for thoughts, feelings, words, actions, and consequences. OVERVIEW - This series of seminars leads participants along the path of mindfulness and meditation, specifically the practical application in our daily lives. These techniques are scientifically proven to increase memory, enhance focus, lower blood pressure, decrease the stress response, and increase overall wellness. With mindfulness practices, we become kinder, more compassionate, and able to make responsible choices to live happier, healthier lives. Each seminar stands alone as an important topic for lifestyle change while serving as an integral building block in the structure of the overall program.
