Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower and Collards: Cooking, Storing and Enjoying Those Healthy Vegetables in Season

Autumn is a season for hearty soups, stews, curries and stir-fries. It's also the season for the local cruciferous vegetable harvest. Do you love these veggies and are looking for new ideas of how to use them or store them for later? Do you eat them because you think you should and would like to start enjoying them? This program will offer suggestions for how to cook them while they're fresh or prepare them for use through the winter and spring and beyond. Ages 16 and up. No registration necessary.
