Big Big Book Sale!

Thursday, June 20 and Friday, June 21 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

The Friends of the East Pennsboro Library will hold their BIG Book Sale on the ground floor of the Township Building on Thursday and Friday, June 20 and 21, from 9am to 3pm. HUNDREDS OF NEW BOOKS! Fill as many bags as you can for $5 each. Donations may be dropped off in Room 101 or at the Library.

Reading Space: Spaceman

Join us for a discussion of "Spaceman: An Astronaut's Unlikely Journey to Unlock the Secrets of the Universe" by Mike Massimino. From goodreads.com: "Spaceman invites us into a rare, wonderful world where the nerdiest science meets the most thrilling adventure, and pulls back a curtain on just what having 'the right stuff' really means." Let's Celebrate Your Favorite Book Character!

Friday, June 21 from 1:00 to 2:30 pm

You're reading great books this summer. Now come to the library dressed as your favorite book character! We will gather at the library and then parade through the building and outside grounds. Afterwards, we'll celebrate by enjoying some make-your-own ice cream sundaes! All ages welcome; under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. No registration required.

Space Camp Day

Children's Storytime

Tuesdays June 11, July 16, and August 20 at 11:00 am

Blue Skies Writing Workshop

A Universe of Stories Summer Learning Program

Monday, June 10 through Saturday, August 3

Join us this summer for “A Universe of Stories” All Ages Summer Learning Program. Tap into all the wonder of the galaxy with projects, games, books, and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math) programs! Registration begins on Monday, June 10 at 11:00 am at the library or online. New this year by patron request: two performers on Saturday mornings (10:30am on June 15 and July 13).
