Financial Specialist

Cumberland County Library System is looking for an efficient and accurate Financial Specialist to provide advanced support to our fiscal activities, financial controls, policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop Pro, accounts payable and receivable procedures and accrual methodologies. Responsibilities include tracking contracts and agreements, and maintaining proper internal controls and accounting procedures. Along with creating financial reports, the Financial Specialist is responsible for methodical reporting of detailed statistics by the library system and its member libraries. This part-time position works 22.5 – 30 hours / week, daytime. Schedule subject to change as deemed necessary to meet library system operating requirements. EOE
