The Library will be closed for construction starting December 9, 2024 through December 11, 2024, will reopen on December 12th and 13th, before closing again on December 14, 2024 through December 21, 2024 while we receive some much-needed building updates. The library is expected to return to regular operating hours on December 23, 2024. Please check the Library’s website and Facebook page for the latest updates and reopening schedule. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
No items will be due December 14th through 21st. If you have holds ready to be picked up, or if you'd like to stock up on books and media, please be sure to visit the Library on Thursday, December 12th, and Friday, December 13th. If you have items to return after December 13th, please visit a nearby Cumberland County Library System location. During this time, we also encourage you to explore our online resources, which remain available 24/7. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to create a better environment for all our visitors.

Bundle up with a good book this winter! Grab a copy of our printed packet and fill up your hot cocoa cup with “marshmallows” – a.k.a. our winter reading challenges! Then, update your reading log in Beanstack to earn your completion badge and prize. Stop by the Library between December 15th and January 15th to pick up your hot chocolate reward!
