Email companies are getting stricter with mass mailing services and that includes the library's hold and overdue notices. We're learning library notices are unexpectedly being filtered into spam and junk folders, and in some cases not delivered at all.

Here are some tips for you as we work toward better solutions:

1. View and manage your account online
2. Download our mobile app to manage your account
3. Sign up for ShoutBomb interactive circulation text messaging
4. Call into our automated and interactive telephone system at 717-240-7889 or 888-697-0371 x7889
5. Call or visit any one of our libraries and talk to a staff member about your account
6. Check your Spam or Junk mail folders for library notices. Mark library emails as "not junk" or add the library email addresses to your contact list. Try to set your email account to allow emails from the following addresses: (not guaranteed to work)
