Practicing yoga promotes healthy habits that lengthen longevity, increases balance, muscle tone, strength and flexibility, counteracts stress, enhances focus and improves sleep patterns. Wear comfortable clothes and an open mind! If you have a yoga mat, bring it along! This is for all fitness levels, ages 16 & up. Registration is required and begins May 15.
