Studies show coloring can have a calming effect on the adult mind and helps promote overall wellness. Come try it with us the 1st Tuesday of each month this fall and color away your stress. All materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your favorite coloring materials as well! Light snacks and beverages will be supplied. No registration necessary. 18 and older, please.
