What better time to learn about the practice of mindfulness than during COVID-19? Together we will try out breathing exercises and stretches. For teens in grades 6-12. Preregistration required.
Teens in grades 6-12 are invited to learn about what mindfulness actually is. We'll try out a few breathing exercises & stretches, and we'll talk about how we can easily incorporate being more mindful into our daily lives. If you can, bring a stuffed animal with you (not too big).
