Chair Yoga

Chair YogaFee: $5 per person. Perfect for beginners and also for those with mobility limitations who may be seeking a gentle yoga option. Michele from Simply Yoga & Fitness will share traditional yoga poses adapted to a folding chair with emphasis on proper breathing and alignment. Give chair yoga a try! Program for adults and teens (ages 14+). Fee due at time of registration. To register, stop by the library or call (717) 496-3688.
