Winter Snowflake Ornament

Saturday, January 28 from 11:00 to 1:00 pm

Patrons of all ages can stop by the library to make a winter snowflake ornament. Display it in your window or hang from a fixture to decorate a room. Materials provided. No registration necessary. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Winter Reading

Winter Reading for All Ages January 4 - March 31

 

It’s easy to participate! Pick up a Bingo card at the Circulation Desk. Read a book or complete an activity to finish a square on the card. These items should be age-appropriate for the person completing the card. Submit your completed Winter Reading Bingo card (five in a row) to the Library in order to be entered for one of our cool grand prizes!

Resolve to Write

Tuesdays, January 10, 24, 31 and February 7, 14, 28 at 6:00 pm

 

It's a new year and you've resolved to kick start your writing life by joining a writers' workshop. Bring along your poetry and your prose, and we'll offer feedback and guidance to keep you moving toward your goal. Plan to attend all six sessions.

 

Story Time and Craft with Girl Scouts

Tuesdays, January 10 through February 21

 

Join Mrs. B for exciting story times and activities at the library for children ages 3 ½ to K at 10 am and children ages 2 ½ to 3 ½ (accompanied by a parent/caregiver) at 11 am. Sessions run about 30 minutes. Register by contacting the library at 732-4274.
