New Cumberland Public Library one of “America’s Star Libraries”
The 2009 Library Journal Index of Public Library Service rated the New Cumberland Public Library among the best in the nation. This new public library national rating system is taken from four statistics that are equally weighed: number of visits to the library, number of times items are checked out, library program attendance, and computer use. New Hours
Beginning October 1, 2009, library hours will be changed to Monday through Wednesday 10 AM to 8 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, and closed Friday.
