Get a Free Online Library Card
You can get a free online library card if:
- You live or pay property taxes in Cumberland County or the Shippensburg Area School District, or
- You have a card from your local public library with an Access Pennsylvania symbol or sticker on it.
Not Eligible for a Free Card?
You can:
- Visit any library to use most services while you are there; or
- Buy a library card for $5 per month (pay monthly, quarterly or annually.)
- To buy your card, visit a library and bring identification with you. You can save time by bringing along a completed library card registration form (PDF, 149KB, 1 page)
