What if I'm Homebound or Live at a Nursing Home?
If you're an adult in Cumberland County who can't regularly visit the library due to your age, an illness or a disability, you can ask for STAR homebound services.

Cards are issued to individuals who agree to be responsible for all items checked out on the card. Please contact your library if you need to discuss special needs.
