Do you know that Fredricksen Library & East Pennsboro Branch is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization? It supports itself through our Annual Fund Drive, Honorary/Memorial Gifts, Special Fundraising Events, Program Underwriting, and funds generated through fines, copy machines, computer print outs and other library operations.
Money received from this drive goes toward general library operations. It pays for everything from books, CDs, DVDs, and children’s puppets to the library’s electric and water bills. All contributions to the Annual Fund are tax-deductible.
Honorary/Memorial Gift Donations
Financial gifts in honor or in memory of a friend or loved one are a wonderful way to express your thoughts toward the recipient and support your library at the same time. It would be the perfect way to honor friends and family members “who don’t need another thing” and a fitting tribute to friends and family members who are deceased. We will send a “Living Tribute” card to the individual or family members to inform them of your gift.
For questions about making tax-deductible contributions to the library and information abut other giving opportunities, please contact the Development Office at 717-761-3900 extension 244.
