Your continued support is vital to the financial health of Bosler Memorial Library. Even with our local library tax, this library must raise almost half of its operating budget each year.

You can support Bosler Library by the following methods:

Online: Click on the "Donate" button to the left. You can support the Operations or Building Fund and make a gift in honor or in memory of someone special.  An acknowledgement letter will be sent to the honor recipient or a family member of the memorialized person.  Please include a name and address for this letter in the "Instructions to the Organization" block on your final online donation page.

Cash & Credit Card: Cash and credit card donations are accepted at the Circulation Desk at Bosler Library during business hours.  Call (717) 243-4642 to make a credit card donation over the phone.

Check: You may also mail a check to Bosler Memorial Library at 158 West High Street, Carlisle, PA 17013. Please indicate whether the donation is for the Operations or Building Fund.

Book Donations
The Bookery accepts donations of new or gently read books, textbooks from 2000 to the present, books on tape and CD, DVDs, video cassettes, music cassettes and music CDs. Items will be reviewed for possible inclusion in Bosler's collection. We cannot accept damaged items, magazines, condensed books, encyclopedias older than 2000, textbooks older than 2000 or ex-library books. Donations must be taken directly to the Bookery at 19 S. West Street (Ashcraft House) during their business hours. For large donations or for further information, call the Bookery at (717) 243-3313.
 
Volunteer Opportunities
You can volunteer your time in support of Bosler and its programs, by contacting our Volunteer Coordinator, Christina Stanfield, (717) 243-4642, Ext. 240.
 
Did You Know?
Bosler Memorial Library is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.  It supports itself through our annual Direct Appeal, Honor/Memorial Gifts, special fundraising events, and funds generated through fines, copy machines, computer printouts and other library operations.
