Gilbert Physical Therapy will be hosting a workshop on how to get through the spring garden season, pain free! Do you have pain that keeps you from kneeling, bending over, lifting and carrying objects? Do not let knee pain, hip pain, back pain, or shoulder pain prevent you from having an amazing garden this year.


Spring is a great time of year. We get to move in the yard again and be active, which is prime injury time. Physical Therapy and exercise such as stretches, and certain strengthening movements work to keep you as healthy as possible. This workshop is ideal for people who suffer from stenosis of the back, degeneration, arthritis, knee pain, hip pain, rotator cuff problems and more. You CAN still be active, learn how at our upcoming workshop. Learn how you can prevent injury, or address current issues to get you moving. We hope to see you there!
