The Free Library of Philadelphia provides delivery of braille, audio books and magazines to disabled people in Pennsylvania at no charge.   

- Service Overview

  UCP of Central PA has a lending library which enables Pennsylvania residents of all ages and with any type of disability to try a variety of assistive technology (AT) devices.   If you can't read standard print due to blindness, visual impairment, dyslexia, or other learning disabilities, Learning Ally's recorded textbook collection may help.
