The Friends of Bosler Memorial Library officially opened their used book store "The Bookery" in April 1998. A wide variety of used items can be found, including fiction, non-fiction, books on tape and CD, video cassettes, music cassettes and CDs. Items are offered for sale at a reasonable cost.
We gladly accept donations of new or gently read books, newer textbooks, DVDs, CDs, audio books on CD and jigsaw puzzles (no missing pieces, please). Donations may be made to the Bookery at the above times.
Due to space limitations, we ask that you limit your donations to two bags or boxes at a time. Please call (717) 243-3313 to make arrangements for larger donations.
We regret that we are UNABLE to accept:
- Damaged Books
- Condensed Books
- Encyclopedias older than 2000
- Ex-Library Books
Magazines, with any mailing labels removed, may be taken directly to the library Circulation desk. No catalogs, please.
The Bookery is staffed by volunteers from the Friends of Bosler Library. If you would like to volunteer, please contact (717) 243-3313.
