The Bosler Memorial Library will be closed to the public beginning Monday, Dec. 17 through Thursday, Dec. 20 as part of its Building a Better Bosler expansion project.
During the four days, the library staff will move the contents of the East Wing to the newly renovated West Wing, and the Children’s Library will also be returned to the second floor of the West Wing, according to a news release from Bosler.
The bookdrop and audiovisual drop at the rear of the building will remain open throughout the entire period, so patrons may still return items as usual. However, no items will be due during this time period, according to the library.
Online services, such as research database, the online catalog for renewals and requests and digital downloads of ebooks and eaudiobooks, will remain available throughout the closure.
The regularly scheduled children’s programs will resume after the holidays.
The library will reopen at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 21, and the library is inviting the public to see the re-opened wing and West High Street entrance.
