Newville’s new farm market debuts Saturday, June 23, at 10 a.m. when the community-based market opens at 10 a.m. on the John Graham Public Library grounds.
There is still room for more vendors, but David Cubie, library director says a strong collection of vendors is in place and interest from the public is encouraging.
“We have a strong core of farmers that met during the Fountain Festival at the library. I think that this is very exciting and good for Newville and for the John Graham Library. Not only do we have a good group of vendors, there has also been a significant amount of local interest and support from people who want to be able to buy locally”
