Children who will be attending Kindergarten in the fall of 2017 are invited to join us for a special five-class program, designed just for them. Upcoming Kindergartners and their parents will meet once a week, to work on the skills that will help them to be ready to learn when school starts in August. Not only will they have the chance to work on recognizing colors, shapes, numbers and letters, but they’ll have the opportunity to begin mastering the social and classroom skills necessary to allow them to be ready to learn when that first day of school arrives. We’ll even have a KinderKids Celebration at the end of the five weeks for children completing the series. Please plan to attend all five classes.
Parents of children who are preparing to enter Kindergarten may also want to check out the Success By Six activities calendar available from United Way: http://carlisleunitedway.org/success-by-6/calendar/
