Qigong for Health

Qigong (chee-gong) is an over five-thousand year-old Chinese health method that combines slow graceful movements with mental concentration and breathing to increase and balance a person’s vital energy. Qigong is especially effective in reducing stress and thereby enhancing the immune system and preventing illness. In this class, participants will learn simple movements that can be practiced at home and is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Facilitated by Bonnie Berk, RN, Board Certified Holistic Nurse and certified Qigong Instructor.
