American Mah Jongg Club @ Bosler

Looking for a group to exercise your Mah Jongg muscles? Or are you an absolute beginner who has always wanted to learn how to play? Join us every Friday afternoon from 12:30 - 4:00 and Select Thursday afternoons from 11:30 - 2:30* as we play this fascinating tile game.

*Current Thursday dates are: December 3 and 17.

The game can be played with 3 or 4 players per table.  If you have an American game, please bring it with you. Or if you have a game or know of someone who has one that they no longer use who would donate it to the library that would be appreciated as well.

Beginners are always welcome. Those who wish to play regularly, however, will have to have a Mah Jongg card issued by the American Mah Jongg society, in order to play. The 2014 card is valid through the end of April, 2015, and 2015 is also now available. Both can be obtained from the National Mahjongg Society's website. If you have any questions regarding play, you may call Mary Anne Turnbaugh at 717-697-3174.
