Summertime is approaching and many of us our thinking about getting outdoors. If you want to start improving your fitness levels, join us for our Wellness Wednesdays presentation this month titled “Moving Towards Better Health.” An exercise physiologist from PinnacleHealth will present easy exercises designed to get people of all fitness levels moving more. We will also discuss how to get motivated to move and how to overcome the embarrassment some people feel when beginning a program. This program will be held in the lower-level meeting rooms.
