Want to know more about how you can lose weight? Come to Wellness Wednesdays! The staff of PinnacleHealth will explain the concept of a “best weight” for your best life. Topics covered will include how modest weight loss can positively affect health and how to set achievable weight loss goals. This program is sponsored and presented by the staff of PinnacleHealth. This program will be held in the lower-level meeting rooms.
