Physical Therapy and Its Benefits

Physical TherapyJoin us for an informational seminar about the benefits of physical therapy on Wednesday, September 17, at 6:00 pm. Registration is required.


Presenter Dr. Gilbert will discuss how physical therapy can treat lower back pain, Sciatica, lumbar stenosis, and many other conditions with exercises, stretches and manual manipulation. Attendees will receive informational materials that includes the top three home exercise cards for treating low back pain (other areas of pain are available upon request) as well as a card for a no obligation, free evaluation at Dr. Gilbert’s office. There will be a question and answer session at the end of the presentation. 


About the presenter: Dr. Michael Gilbert, DPT, is owner and physical therapist at Gilbert Physical Therapy. Dr. Gilbert is a native of Harrisburg, and attended the Pennsylvania State University and the University of Pittsburgh.


This program will be held in the Meeting Room on the Lower Level of the library. Please register for the program at the library, by calling the library at 766-0171, or emailing the library at Registration is required.
