Join us for informational seminar about the benefits of physical therapy on Thursday, March 27, at 7:00 pm.
Presenter Dr. Gilbert will discuss how physical therapy can treat lower back pain, Sciatica, lumbar stenosis, and many other conditions with exercises, stretches and manual manipulation. Attendees will receive informational materials that includes the top three home exercise cards for treating low back pain (other areas of pain are available upon request) as well as a card for a no obligation, free evaluation at Dr. Gilbert’s office. Dr. Gilbert will also use audience participation to demonstrate proper techniques for the stretches. There will be a question and answer session at the end of the presentation and drawings for door prizes.
About the presenter: Dr. Michael Gilbert, DPT, is owner and physical therapist at Gilbert Physical Therapy. Dr. Gilbert is a native of Harrisburg, and attended the Pennsylvania State University and the University of Pittsburgh.
