American Girls Club

Tonight’s discussion will be about the life of Josefina in 1824 America. Come join us for crafts and a snack! Please bring a $5.00 girl’s gift for our Christmas gift exchange and a dozen of cookies to share with the group. This club is for students in Kindergarten through Sixth grade and meets on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm.

Kindergarten Club

All children attending Kindergarten this year are invited to join us in the library as we take an imaginary trip ‘down to the farm’ today! There will be songs, stories, crafts and food. This club is for children currently in Kindergarten and we will meet on the second Saturday of each month from 2:00 - 3:00 pm.

 

Ages: Kindergarten

Registration: Required and must be done on or before Friday, January 9.

Homeschool Book Discussion Club

Please read The Princess & the Pizza by Mary Jane and Herm Auch, and be ready to discuss it with our group. Have fun making a craft and eating a snack. This club for Homeschool students in Kindergarten through Third grade meets from 1:00 - 2:00 pm on the second Wednesday of each month.

 

 

Ages: Kindergarten - Third Grade

Registration: Required and must be done on or before Monday, January 12.



 

Tuesday, January 20, 2015 - 7:00pm

Our genre this month will be Science Fiction. Join us for a story, snack and craft. Grade School Students in First through Third Grade are welcome to join this club which meets on the third Tuesday of each month from 7:00 - 8:00 pm.

Actvities Club for Tweens

All fourth – sixth grade students are invited to join us at the library tonight for a library-version indoor snowball battle! This program will meet on the Fourth Tuesday of each month from September – May at 7:00 pm.

Homeschool Book Discussion ClubThis program for Homeschool students in Kindergarten through Third grade meets from 1:00 - 2:00 pm on the second Wednesday of each month. Students will meet to discuss the’ book of the month’, have a snack and make a craft. Registration is required by the Monday preceding each meeting in order to insure adequate supplies for all who attend.

Stuffed Animal SleepoverJoin us on Friday, February 13, 1:00-1:30 pm AND Saturday, February 14, 10:30 -11:30 am for a Stuffed Animal Sleep-Over!

 

Bring a stuffed animal Friday afternoon to a special Storytime. Leave your animal here to spend the night with all the other stuffed animals! Then Saturday morning at 10:30 am, come back to pick him up, eat breakfast with us, and hear all about his adventures!

 

 

This event is being sponsored again by the Upper Allen Woman’s Club GFWC.

Grade School Students in First through Third Grade are welcome to join this club which meets on the third Tuesday of each month from 7:00 - 8:00 pm. Children learn about a specific genre, make a craft, are encouraged to recommend good books to each other and then have a snack. Registration is required by the Friday preceding each meeting in order to insure adequate supplies for all who attend.
