What is a BLOCK PARTY? It is an hour of fun just playing with wooden blocks and our play animals, vehicles and people! We will be hosting BLOCK PARTIES twice a month so come see what it is all about and have some CONSTRUCTIVE FUN!!!

American Girls ClubThis club meets on the second Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm. This club is for students in Third through Sixth Grade. One girl from the American Girls book series is featured each month with discussion and special crafts from her historical time period. This month's focus is on Samantha Parkington and Nellie O'Malley, 1904. Be prepared for a lively discussion by reading a book about these American Girls, watching a movie or learning about them.

Stuffed Animal SleepoverJoin us on Friday, February 9, 1:00-2:00 pm AND Saturday, February 10, 1:30-2:30 pm for a Stuffed Animal Sleepover!

 

Bring a stuffed animal Friday afternoon to a special story and craft time in the Children’s Area of the library. Leave your animal to spend the night with all of the other stuffed animals! Then Saturday afternoon from 1:30-2:30 pm, come back to pick up your animal, eat a snack with us, and hear all about the adventures of the stuffed animals while they spent the night in the library!

 

The 6th Annual Stuffed Animal Sleepover is being sponsored by the Upper Allen Woman’s Club GFWC.

 

Registration is required and must be done on or before Friday, February 2.
