****This program is being rescheduled for the fall of 2014. Dates TBD.****

Join Sharon Cin, a local gem who was highlighted in a Food Network© special as she supervised the start-up of the highly successful Chocolate Lab© located within The Hershey Story©. Now she brings her extraordinary knowledge... and some extraordinary chocolate to you!!!  Chocolate, the food we all love, has been with us since ancient history. It's prepared from a plant that first grew in tropical rain forests over 4000 years ago. Over time, some cultures elevated the bean to such importance that it permeated almost every aspect of life... sound familiar? Come learn more and prepare your own chocolate treats in the ancient ways.  Registration begins April 10. Ages 12 and up, please.
