Salons were assemblies of invited guests, common during the 17th and 18th centuries, consisting of leaders in society, art and politics.  Our version is a small group of teens who appreciate the art of filmmaking and want to have deep, meaningful discussions about movies.  We will watch Super 8 our first week then vote on the movies for weeks 2 and 3.  A light supper will be served.  Teens who register should be prepared to have energetic discussions after the movies.

Registration starts May 15 and teens must be 15 to 18 years old.  All programs sponsored by the Friends of Fredricksen Library.
