Children's Events @ Fredricksen

Fred’s Chill with YOU Zone!

Have you seen our new 9 – 12 year old area located in our Children’s Library?  It’s the Fred’s Chill with YOU Zone (derived from FREDricksen Camp HILL YOUth), complete with relaxing chairs and a cozy atmosphere designed just for this age group.  An interactive computer with age appropriate activities as well as a display of reading materials completes the area. Look for special programs for 9 – 12 years old beginning in June and books clubs to be starting in the fall.  We are forming a Junior Advisory Group (JAG) to give ideas and inputs on programming – if you are interested in joining the group, contact Lynne Smith in the Children’s Library.
