The Development Director will design and implement a broad multi-year fundraising program through relationships to secure financial support for the mission and strategic priorities of Fredricksen Library. The effective Director will help forge new relationships to build Cleve J. Fredricksen Library’s visibility, impact, and financial resources, while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships. Highly developed interpersonal skills, project management, event planning, and creativity are critical to the position. EOE.
The position will periodically serve as a Facility Manager which includes day, evening annd weekend hours.
A Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree preferred. Experience in fundraising, marketing, public relations or related field.
Cleve J. Fredricksen Library offers a salary range beginning at $37,050 with benefits and a congenial, innovative and learning culture.
